In Relo, Policy Matters

Yes, Virginia, employee relo is still a thing! Maybe with Work From Home and those sky-high mortgage rates that are a whopping 60 percent less than they were in the Reagan Administration, it doesn't happen as often as it did in 2019, but people do still move for work, and having the right relo policy in place is still as important as it ever was. Poor execution of relos plays a larger role in turnover and loss of ROI than you'd think.
