Elon Musk made a big splash not long ago with an edict of "Come back to the office or submit your resignation." It worked, we suppose, but it doesn't strike us as a great way to maintain a positive employee experience.


Alongside a generous relocation allowance for those employees who moved away from the large cities during the COVID-19 pandemic (with the full blessing of their employers, we would add), it's become clear that a collaborative approach to returning to the office in either a full-time or hybrid capacity is the smarter way to go about it, as this article from CNBC outlines for us.
